Speech in conjunction with "My Mahallah, My Second Home" Programme
Let us present our highest gratitude to the Almighty Allah for consenting our assembly here. Concurrently, let us extend our greatest wishes to our Messenger, Muhammad SAW, who spent his Prophetic life to share his greatest love towards Islam and the Muslim Ummah.
On this occasion, I would like to congratulate my compatriots and share my best wishes with them in conjunction with our National Day.
For those coming far from this country, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome every one of you to Malaysia, your second home. Sincerely speaking, you come to the right place, where you can do more to achieve more. As your host, I wish you the best in continuing your stay in your second home and in undertaking everything here in the future.
On the same occasion, on behalf of all residents of Mahallah as-Siddiq, I would like to extend my heartiest congratulations to all of you for being accepted to this University, particularly to this 6th Male Residential College of Gombak Campus. Be thankful to the Lord of the Universe; you are the chosen one to get this golden opportunity. Use it wisely for your individual and collective excellence in all fields. I believe you can do it.
I am honoured to have one and all of you in this community. Embrace the pride and gratitude in our heart. Today, we gather as one Siddiq Falcon Community regardless of differences existed before us all.
Here, we uphold the principles of Integration, Islamisation, Internationalisation and Comprehensive Excellence laid down by our University. Through these principles, we follow the True Way towards Generating the True Hope. Here, we dare to dream; we care to share.
However, all of our dreams and hopes will not be realised unless with your presence, participation and cooperation. Hence, let us share our hearts and hands in making this Mahallah a better place. Let us build and develop this community together using all possible means.
This Mahallah belongs to everyone residing in this Mahallah and every non-resident affiliated to this Mahallah. Therefore, please don’t leave this kind of responsibility only to the Mahallah Authority and the Mahallah Representative Committee. As our Mahallah is our responsibility, we need everyone to participate and collaborate, by all means, in making this Mahallah a success continuously.
From our part, we will continue giving everyone the best in realising our dreams and hopes. As a ‘provisional government’ created by this University since years ago, we will not stop working for this University and this Mahallah till the day we achieve what we dream. I can guarantee, and I hope, that we will achieve that kind of success, one day, if the Almighty Allah wills.
Residents’ welfare is always our first priority. Therefore, we will continue reaching every resident of this Mahallah at any possible time and place. We will continue knocking your door; saying hello; sharing feelings of joy and sorrow and providing assistance upon request.
At the same time, we will continue organising programmes covering all aspects of life as a member of a respective community according to the laws and policies implemented in this University. We will continue letting you playing any type of sports. We will continue letting you doing business to generate income. We will continue letting you establishing another diplomatic relationship with other notable organisation.
Above all, as a ‘provisional government’, we will try our best to guarantee your rights as a resident of this Mahallah. Frankly speaking, since years ago, this Mahallah managed to guarantee it. Consequently, this Mahallah received a number of recognitions and achievements.
In short, let us continue this passion and effort together. If Allah wills, this Mahallah will continue being a successful one in producing the Champion of the Community in all fields, having said that everyone is responsible to make it possible.
As a Mahallah resident, I will continue serving and loving this Mahallah at the best of our ability. As a part of this Mahallah, let us together doing the same by your way. I believe that everyone has its own way to express his love and fondness to the land where he live. Therefore, do it and share it with other members of this Siddiq Falcon Community.
At the same time, do not continue doing efforts without seeking the Assistance of Allah SWT. At this opportunity, let us pray to Him that He will continue descending His Amnesty, Love and Mercy upon this University, this Mahallah and its peoples; and that He will make this land a better place for everyone to come and live.
Again, we welcome you to this land of heritage and celebrate you as new parts of our progressive and strong Siddiq Falcon Community.
